Fundraising and Donations
Fundraising and donations may come up during your tenure as a Platoon Leader. We want to make sure you are knowledgeable and prepared to answer questions, receive donations, and participate in fundraising if you choose to do so!
One of the most important and satisfying parts of being a Platoon Leader is giving recognition to volunteers and community partners who have made your Platoon a success.

Leadership Team Management
As a Platoon Leader, you will be asked to recruit and engage valuable individuals to be a part of your Platoon's Leadership Team. A Leadership Team is incredibly valuable in assisting you with your day-today operations as a Platoon Leader. Although not required, here are various ways you can recruit and utilize your Leadership Team:
